There are many beliefs or ideas as to how the universe was created/formed. Many people believe that the universe was created by the Big Bang theory, a theory which states that the universe began by a “big bang”, or explosion. Another idea is called the oscillating model, or theory. This model states that the universe began with expansion occurring in all areas of the universe. Over time, expansion slowed and the matter in the universe contracted, and this process repeated itself over and over, oscillating back and forth. My opinion as to how the universe was created is rather simple, but hard to believe because the only proof it is known to have is a big book. I believe the universe was created by God. It says in the Bible clearly and simply that He created it. Some scientists don’t believe this because there’s no hard facts like landscaping or remains that it says in the Bible. They think that without proof, it can’t be proven right or wrong. God is a powerful spirit, and it’s hard to accept for some people that He was just there; that He was here before time itself. I believe what the Bible says; that God created the universe by simply talking. He said let there be light, and there was. Let there be water and sky that separates them from each other, and there was. Let the creatures of the Earth forever roam freely. Then, God did the best thing ever, he created us, man, and breathed life into us. God simply talked, and the universe was created. Scientists think that this isn’t true because where’s the proof, where are the facts that prove God did all this? I think all the proof we need is right in the Bible. If people that followed God wanted to be like him; to be disciples, then why would they make up some big lie and write it all down in a book? How would every story relate to one another and come together exactly? The only answer is because all that is written in the Bible is true. God created the universe, and in my opinion, all the other theories are not true.
